Cottage Cheese Wrap

Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese, (I used low fat Good Culture)
¼ cup egg whites, or 1 egg
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Onion powder
Club Sandwich Wrap
4 slices turkey deli meat or 1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast
3-4 slices red salad onion
1 piece cooked bacon
2 slices tomato
¼ avocado, sliced
1 teaspoon mayo, Dijon mustard or Chipotle Bitchin’ Sauce, mayo or dijon mustard
1-2 pieces lettuce
salt and cracked pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180. Combine cottage cheese, egg whites and seasonings in a blender until smooth.
Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper, spray with cooking spray and pour cottage cheese mixture onto the parchment.
Spread in a thin layer and bake for 30-35 minutes or until wrap is cooked through and golden brown in spots.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then remove the wrap from the parchment paper and fill with desired ingredients. Wrap it up and cut it in half. Enjoy right away.
