Cottage Cheese Wrap

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese, (I used low fat Good Culture)

  • ¼ cup egg whites, or 1 egg

  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon Onion powder

Club Sandwich Wrap

  • 4 slices turkey deli meat or 1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast

  • 3-4 slices red salad onion

  • 1 piece cooked bacon

  • 2 slices tomato

  • ¼ avocado, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon mayo, Dijon mustard or Chipotle Bitchin’ Sauce, mayo or dijon mustard

  • 1-2 pieces lettuce

  • salt and cracked pepper, to taste


Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180. Combine cottage cheese, egg whites and seasonings in a blender until smooth.

  • Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper, spray with cooking spray and pour cottage cheese mixture onto the parchment.

  • Spread in a thin layer and bake for 30-35 minutes or until wrap is cooked through and golden brown in spots.

  • Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then remove the wrap from the parchment paper and fill with desired ingredients. Wrap it up and cut it in half. Enjoy right away.
