Commitment to Show Up
You’ve signed up to invest in yourself, showing up each week with the intention to grow and improve is the first step to achieving your goals.
Communication is Key
Be honest with how you’re feeling, physically, mentally, and emotionally. The more you share, the better I can tailor your training and support.
Take Responsibility Outside the Sessions
What you do outside the gym matters, daily movement, sleep, hydration, and nutrition all play a role in your results. I’ll guide you, but I need you to take action.
Track Your Progress
I’ll provide the tools, you just need to use them. Tracking your progress (weights lifted, reps, how you feel, etc.) helps us celebrate wins and make informed changes.
Trust the Process
Results come from consistency, not perfection. Some weeks will feel amazing, others more challenging, but if you stay the course, you will finish stronger.
