Over 12 weeks we will focus on:
• Strength training with progressive resistance and load
• Improving mobility and movement quality

• Supporting the female body and hormones through smarter training
• Creating a consistent routine that feels strong and sustainable
Your total investment is $870 for the 12 weeks.
A $100 deposit fee will be required to secure your spot, this comes off the total price and is non refundable.
