This 9 week challenge is deisgned for women who are ready to build forward, whether you never stopped or you are ready to start again. 
Some women are continuing the rhythm they have already created and others are returining after a busy season, a reset, or a pause that life demanded. Both are powerful. Both belong here.

Focussing on sustainable training, supportive coaching and creating habits that actually fit real life. No matter your starting point, we move together. We train with purpose. We rebuild momentum, physically, mentally and emotionally.

MONDAY = FULL BODY 

TUESDAY = LOWER BODY 

WEDNESDAY = UPPER BODY AND CARDIO FOCUS

THURSDAY = FULL BODY

FRIDAY = STRETCH & CARDIO FOCUS

SATURDAY = LOWER BODY

A $100 deposit fee will be required to secure your spot, this comes off the total price and is non refundable.
