Frequently asked questions
The challenges are specifically designed for women of all fitness levels. Each challenge/program will have its own focus so keep an eye out what they are and sign up to the ones that suit you and your goals best. Expect fun, high-energy workouts, and plenty of encouragement as we work toward your goals together!
Absolutely not! These challenges are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Exercises can be modified to suit beginners, while advanced participants can push themselves with progressions.
However please note: if you are unable to do the written program and are needing adjustments for each training session, you will be advised to either sign up to 1:1 coaching where a personalised program will be more suited for you to avoid injury in a group environment.
No, these training programs do not cater for pregnant and PP ladies.
However if you are a current client of Kirsty and have been coaching with her for more than 3 months you will be able to continue training with her throughout your pregnancy.
For PP I would recommend you have had your clearance with your doctor hit the basics to build your deep core again and then you are welcome to start up.
There is an 8 week challenge that will run occasionally for PP / mums and bubs which will be a perfect program to ease yourself back into fitness and create a great routine for yourself. Stay tune on the website for the next challenge dates to sign yourself up!
The cost for each challenge for vary depending on the duration. Please head directly to the challenge website page for more information on this.
There is however always a set fee of $100 for a 6 or 8 week and $150 for a 12 week to secure your spot for each upcoming challenge. If you have not paid this fee, your spot is not secured.
All clients taking part in the challenge will have access to their entire training program via google sheets. This is wear you can track your load you used/have done each week and try better it each session - this will ensure you are progressing and improving as the weeks go by.
You will also do photos, and measurements which we track before and after the challenge - this is a great way to see how much progress you have made in the challenge period.
Life happens! If you miss the odd session that is okay, the aim is to commit and do your best overall in the program duration.
On Sundays, Kirsty will send out in the group chat the days and times for the training a week ahead, you simply like or thumbs up to which ones you will be attending, again if you unable to make that one session you thought you could attend to that is okay, move on and continue onto the next day :)
After completing the challenge duration, you’ll have the option to continue your fitness journey with, personalised training " 1:1 coaching" or joining the next upcoming challenge!
There are usually a one week break between fitness challenges.
You can use this one week break as a complete rest or feel free to follow along with my recovery week guide to ensure you are recovery your body at its best!
Yes I do, for all my senior clients ages 65 years plus along with my loyal clients that have been with me consistently for 4 years + (this means you have not left and come back) ps: holidays do not count especially if you return back to me after your holiday. Kirsty will inform you personally what your discounted price will be for your challenge programs with her.
PS: If you have left for even three months after being with me for a year, when you return it will start up again from day one.
It is advised that if you are taking part in an up coming fitness challenge you have no other fitness commitments eg: seeing another pt, doing cross fit plus this challenge. As you will injury yourself and therefore making this fitness challenge non beneficial towards your health and fitness goals. Please ensure you have made up your mind on what you would like to do and commit fully to your training program. Thank you.
When you sign up to a challenge you are committing yourself to that duration of training eg: 8 weeks 9 or 12, if you go away that is on you. You will still be charged for the program and wont get refunded the weeks you are away for.
I personally would prefer you to commit to at least 80% plus to get the best results from the program however if you choose to go away that is totally fine.
