Tuna Salsa with Baked Potato

Ingredients
1 x Small tinned of olive oil Tuna
1 large potatoes
4 cherry roma tomatoes sliced cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 avocado
Small handful fresh basil
Pinch of salt
½ tsp lemon juice
Olive oil, for dressing
Directions:
Cook potato in microwave.
Mix remainder ingredients together in a small bowl and add seasoning.
Once the potato is cooked and soft inside, slice in half and place mixture on potato.
EAT!
