1 cup full fat cottage cheese
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Enjoy straight from the fridge with toppings of choice.
