9 WEEK NEW YEAR SUMMER CHALLENGE KICKS OFF. . .

 

Monday Jan 5th and finishes Sat March 7th.

Duration: 9 Weeks.

NEW YEAR, SAME YOU, BUT STRONGER, FITTER AND MORE CONSISTENT!

This challenge isn't about starting over. . . 

it’s about continuing the momentum we’ve built and taking things to the next level. We’ll be diving into a split training block, focusing on two upper-body and two lower-body sessions each week, with dedicated core and conditioning work in between.

The program is made up of three 3-week training blocks, and here’s what makes this challenge a little different:

Weeks 1–3: I’ll be right there coaching and training with you as we kick off the new year strong.

Weeks 4–6: Harry will be stepping in a little more during this block, as I’ll be taking some time to welcome and recover from the arrival of our baby boy.

Weeks 7–9: Harry and I will both be back on board, working together to guide you through the final block of training.

You’ll have exercise demonstrations for every workout via google sheets, so if there are a few days where one of us isn’t physically present, you’ll still have full support to train confidently and effectively. The garage door will be open, and your space will be ready for you to move your body and stay consistent.

The goal is simple: keep moving forward.

It’s not “New Year, New You”, it’s New Year, Same You, just fitter, stronger, and more determined.
